Terms of service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Please read these terms carefully before you place an order. They explain how we sell products to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

2. These terms

  • These terms apply to orders placed on zyranaj.com by consumers buying for personal use. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
  • Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply and form part of these terms.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website when you placed it. Please save or print a copy for your records.
  • These terms and your contract with us are in English.

3. Our products

  • We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. What is included in your order is set out in the product description.
  • Some product images and videos on our website, including lifestyle scenes, may contain AI-generated visualisations. They illustrate how the product may look or be used; they do not change what is included in your order.
  • Colours on screen may vary slightly depending on your device's display.
  • Please read and follow any warnings and instructions supplied with the product or shown on the product page.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any payment you have made for it in full.

5. How to place an order

  1. Add the product to your bag and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your contact, delivery and payment details.
  3. Before you pay, check the order summary. You can correct your details, or go back to your bag to change your order, at any point before you confirm payment.
  4. Confirm your order and pay.

When you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Your contract with us starts when we send you that order confirmation email.

We may not be able to accept or fulfil your order, for example if the product is unavailable, if your delivery address is outside the areas we deliver to, or if we identify an obvious error in the price or description. If that happens, we will tell you, cancel your order and refund any payment in full.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Delivery within the UK is free.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching it. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery areas, estimated delivery times, tracking and what to do if your parcel is late, lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • The product is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. It becomes yours when we have received payment in full.
  • If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is likely to be significant, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any product you have not received.

8. Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. How to cancel, how to return the item and when you will receive your refund are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy, which includes a model cancellation form.

9. Your consumer rights if there is a problem with your product

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us through our contact form or by email at hello@zyranaj.com. How we handle these cases is explained in section 5 of our Returns and Refund Policy. For detailed information on your rights, you can contact a consumer advice service in your part of the UK.

10. Our responsibility for loss or damage

  • If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  • Our products are sold for domestic and private use only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

11. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us through our contact form or by email at hello@zyranaj.com with your order number and a description of the problem. When we respond to your complaint, we will tell you about any alternative dispute resolution or other arrangement that is available to you if you are not satisfied with the outcome. You may also be able to bring a claim in the courts.

13. Other important terms

  • If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights under the contract.
  • Even if we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.
  • Nobody other than you and us has any rights under this contract.

14. Which laws apply and where you can bring proceedings

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live. If you live in England or Wales, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
